Gentle Yoga Class - Starting March 3rd


Looking to gain some flexibility and strength?
Join me at RV Lexington Fitness for Gentle Yoga.

Gentle yoga integrates the breath and body in slow focused movements.  This class is great for all yoga levels and all bodies. 
This simple yoga class will help you slow down, find calm, and bring a balance to your regular workout routine.

About Me

Hi, my name is Kally.  I began my yoga journey in college and haven't stopped since.  Yoga has benefited me in so many ways and I am so excited to be able to share the gifts of yoga with adults, athletes, and children.  I have been teaching for about 3 years in schools, gyms, and fitness centers. I studied to become a Yoga Sports Coach™  under the expertise of Hayley Winter, founder of the Institute of Yoga Sports Science®.  My adult yoga classes combine the practice of yoga with modern sports science to bring you a dynamic flow sure to leave you feeling ready to take on your day.
